sitting in bead after enjoying a nice omlette for breakfast, we had a really solid day yesterday that included to training sessions and our touch up session called the 12 apostles- was a good day very long , but definitely worth while- looking forward to a bit of shopping today and a nice massage- go pies.

in arizona on our third day here- we trained yesterday and had a really hard session then today had a light 10km run through the mountains which turned out to be really hard also. starting to miss home and the sunny weather, hanging for a surf and a nice meal that isn’t served with a [...]

just got back to hotel after walking for 6 hours up a massive mountain and totaled 22km- so spent, was snow and ice all the way up and got a bit sunburnt. go figure- ready for bed!!!

day two in colorado, there is snow every where, it looks fake, like a christmas scene in a movie, but is pretty cool- it was a nice day today, we trained and was hard work- 6 hour hike tomorro- is 0 degrees outside now and is so so so cold- missing the melbourne weather [...]
