still in arizona working hard- we trained yesterday outside in -5 temperatures i can honestly say that i have never been so cold in my life!!! a nice easy day today then a massive session tomorroW- snow is forecast for sunday and monday and then we leave on monday night- certainly missing the warm weather cant wait to get back home to the great land of aus!!
