disappointing to lose the way we did last week, but the boys have moved on and trained on very well- we are off to alice springs tomorro to play the crows which should be good- they are predicting flash flooding so it should be an experience—

just been at yoga with medders and had a blast, feeling mentally and physically fresh which is laways a lovely feeling-
 
just sitting on the couch with my dog missi (who is snoring) at the minute watching ellen- for some reason that show always sucks me in-

had a fantastic weekend- got to get back home and see my mum which was nice, then caught up with a few mates- watched a really good movie on saturday night and then got up early sunday and got to surf my favourite wave for two and a half hours with just me and my [...]
